  Max is, by far, the best tradesperson I have ever worked with. He has completed a huge array of work on two of our Victorian houses in central Brighton – including a bathroom refit, installing radiators, replacing floorboards/joists, installing appliances, kitchen tiling…the list goes on! These properties can be challenging for a number of reasons, but Max approached everything with his ‘can-do’, problem-solving attitude and his excellent work ethic. His workmanship is exceptional quality, he is tidy on-site, competitively priced and very reliable. HIGHLY recommend!

• New bath in our bedroom

  Max did an absolutely brilliant job in what was a non-standard build request. We wanted a open freestanding bath in our top floor bedroom. So needed pipes run-up from the ground floor to the top, and all the plumbing/tiling...etc in the bedroom. Max did a fantastic job, he communicated well, set the right expectations and was patient with all of my decision-making. The finish is brilliant, and we are so happy with the result. Would HIGHLY recommend using him.

  Max is the best tradesperson I've ever worked with. He was completely honest about the scale of the work and the quote was so reasonable (another plumber quoted triple what Max did). When he found additional problems along the way he was clear about options and generous with fixing more than planned. He is also a lovely person!

• Diagnosed and Fixed a Leak

  Our shower was leaking through the kitchen ceiling. Max quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the leak. This involved two visits and a considerable amount of work. We were very impressed with Max’s diagnostic skills, workmanship and work-ethic as well as his attention to detail: he invisibly repaired a puncture in the stud-wall that the job necessitated. I first encountered Max when he was fitting an entire new bathroom in a neighbour’s flat. I was really impressed with both his work and character. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

  100% brilliant. Max is reliable, so helpful, hard working and excellent at his job. We had other plumbers to try and fix the problem but none could do it. Max sorted it out straight away!

  Max worked on our ensuite bathroom. He did an absolutely brilliant job. He is friendly, and communicated well every day about arrival times. After each day he would leave the house clean. There were some job changes needed during the project and he was fair, no hidden costs..etc. His workmanship was excellent! Competitive price. It was a pleasure to work with him, highly recommend Max to anyone.
