Super Steam Clean

My name is Jonathan and owner/ sole trader of Super Steam Clean. I am an experienced carpet and upholstery cleaner who focuses on getting great results. I pride myself on my work and therefore make sure i do the job well. My method of cleaning is second to none and extremely competitive in pricing. I cover most of the West Midlands working for members of the public, private landlords, estate agents and commercial companies. Integrity is very important to me, and means I provide my customers honest prices/quotations. 

Since starting in the carpet cleaning industry I have seen many companies offer “too good to be true prices” only for the 'hidden extra's' to be added like VAT, or a recommendation for a 'more thorough clean' once they get their foot in the door in the customers door. My price is my price and is based on me offering the best clean possible using the best equipment and best process. 

I have a 3 Step Cleaning process:

Step 1)

This is where the all important solutions are sprayed onto your carpets and absorbed only in the very top layer of your carpet, starting to break down the dirt and stains. Any problem areas may need a bit if extra to really get going. Again, at this stage it is really important that the right solutions are used. You will be amazed at the results.

Step 2)

This is where the magic happens!! The solution is worked into the carpet with a specialist machine that helps breakdown any dirt / stains. This is done by an industrial agitator with 2 brush heads that spin towards each other at speed that lift the carpet fibres to give that brand new look and feel. I cannot stress enough the importance of this step, and that this is where the majority of the cleaning happens.

Step 3)

This is the step that everybody is aware of, a carpet wand that simultaneously pumps out hot water onto the carpet and then sucks it up. Seems simple?! It is when done correctly and professionally. Here at super steam clean I use a truck mount carpet cleaning machine - this means it stays in our vehicle and means I don't have to drag heavy equipment through your house, potentially creating a mess. My aim is to make your experience as stress free as possible.
