From the first email to completing the work (less than 1 day) he kept me informed of when he would arrive, how many jobs he needed to visit before me etc. When he arrived, he was friendly and helpful but also showed great integrity in explaining the age of the boiler (about 7yrs) and gave some insight as to what things to keep an eye on. At no point was it a hardsell. Pricing was clear and agreed upfront.

Dan was professional, friendly, polite and showed me what the issue was and how to resolve it in the future - I have encountered many tradesmen who will BS you with some elaborate issue and rip you off, whereas Dan spotted the small issue immediately, fixed it and only charged for his initial consultation - Honesty is a rarity so I can only but highly recommend Supreme Boiler Care !! 10 stars

My aim is to provide a stress-free project, delivered in a manner that I am confident will exceed your expectations. I carry out all work myself and will be your single point of contact. My customers often comment that I am approachable and cheerful; I find that a positive attitude always helps projects run smoothly with good communication throughout.
