• Messy Repointing, flashing, PVC Facia and Guttering

  Initially everything was good, they were on time and the work looked good. However as time passed we could see the repointing they have done has stained all of the bricks leaving a grey dusty look to the entire house wall. Also the guttering is not installed correctly allowing water to run back on itself and down the side wall. I have contacted them multiple times about these issues and have been told they will sort them out however they are reluctant to set a date and time and when I contact them again they just keep saying "sorry I forgot" it is not good enough.

  I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Very impeccable. Great customer service and arrived on time. The lads never stopped and were very polite. Very satisfied.

  I was initially impressed however after paying for the work done, a couple of days later the issue I had with my roof persisted. I contacted them again on three occasions and arranged a time and date for them to have another look at the problem only to be let down each time. I received no contact from them to let me know they couldn't make it. I have since hadanother roofer look at the issue who took pictures and showed me that silicone has been used to stick two of my slates together. Considering it was not a small bill I paid I am extremely disappointed and definitely wouldn't recommend.

  With the recant storm we had and high winds the roof tiles and ridges and came of and needing replacing ASAP These boys ,-‘we out and done a fantastic job on replacing and securing the new ones in. Can not recommend the lads anymore the they done a fantastic job !
