• Repointing below damp proof course

  I needed the brickwork below my house's damp proof course repointed, which appears not to be a popular job among builders, as I have tried on several occasions to get quotes without success. James gave me a reasonable quote, and arrived promptly to do the work, which was completed in good time and with minimal mess, although inevitably there was a little dust from grinding out the old mortar. Overall I found James to be a straightforward no-nonsense builder with good workmanship and a pleasant approach.

  James sent email quotes promptly after visiting me and when agreed his team were on-site the following day. The extent of repairs was more than I had anticipated but James talked me through my various options without over complicating his explanation. All work was completed within 4 days with minimal disruption to me or my neighbours. The team were courteous and polite, I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.
