    A friend recomended Mark and Surrey County Pest Control as we have purchased a new home in the sticks and needed someone we could trust. Mark treated an immediate issue we had with a wasps nest into the roof outside our daughters room and then provided recommendations for a couple of other bits to help get summer ready.

    Mark contacted me very quickly in response to my request on here. Visit was carried out and job booked in. Was rescheduled twice due to bad weather which was fine. 3rd visit scheduled, was sunny/dry but just didnt turn up and no communication.

He surveyed the house, explained what he was going to do and then did a thorough professional job of tackling the wasps nests. 3 days on; no sign of any wasps in any of the nests. Great service.     Very impressed with the service I received. Originally the work had been planned on the Friday but due to the weather conditions I was phoned back to re-arrange with a through explanation that the powder would be less effective in the wet conditions. A new appointment was fitted in around my other commitments on the Monday. Time was taken to explain the process from start to finish both on the phone and at the beginning of the visit. Very quick procedure and seems to have done the job well. Reasonable quote in comparison to other quotes I had received. Would highly recommend.

    I contacted Surrey Pest Control and Mark got back to me quickly and arranged to come out pretty much straight away. Wasps had got in through a vent and had built their nest within a fan extractor hose in the loft. Mark was able to treat the nest from the vent side and within a couple of hours the wasps were all dead. Came back a couple of days later to remove that section of hose and the nest and replaced the hose and fitted some mesh to stop the wasps getting in through the vent in the future. He was very polite, respectful and courteous. Definitely recommend for pest control issues.
