  We had a very pleasant experience with Surveyline. They responded to our initial enquiry quickly and phoned me to discuss this further. We received a detailed PDF about the different levels of survey and then it was booked very quickly. Unfortunately our chain fell through but they refunded us immediately and when our chain was fixed, we were able to rebook. The turnaround for the report was very fast and the level of detail was brilliant. We then had a follow-up call which was both honest yet calming. Thank you.
