Various structural works in kitchen
10Verified ReviewWe had a chimney breast removed, a wall knock through and door / window openings changed by Sussex Knock Throughs. It all went really well. Our house is an old building so there was the inevitable complications that were discovered along the way but these were resolved quickly with minimal impact on costs. We have two young kids and weren't able to relocate during the works, everyone at SKT ensured that dust / impact was kept to a minimum. Really happy, would highly recommend.

Larry and his team have completely transformed the layout of our house through multiple wall and chimney breast removals (3 rooms total) all works were completed within the agreed time frame and budget, the finish is excellent and we are over the moon with the results. Larrys team were extremely respectful during the course of the building works, worked around us when needed. I would highly recommend.

The work we do.
Structural services - We specialize in Knock throughs, structural alterations and conversions, from knocking through between rooms to larger projects such as full open plan living spaces. Weather you have a stud wall that needs removing or a multiple knock throughs with a new steels, to a plastered finish, full or part projects are all under taken. We can help in providing structural calculations and building regulations if required, through to your completed project with all associated works undertaken.
Maintenance works - We undertake all property maintenance work such as groundwork, brickwork, plastering/rendering, carpentry, insurance matters from vehicle accident damaged walls to water damaged rooms and general repairs to your property.
Building Works - With years of experience in building and conversions, we undertake small to larger scale projects such as extensions, refurbishments, conversions and can provide all services where requested from architectural plans through to completed building works.
