    Greystone Roofing was employed by us to carry our repairs to our leaking roof on 27th January 2023. This was completed on this date and believing the leak was sound we completed internal repairs By October it became evident that there still water ingress at the same area. We again removed part of ceiling and Greystone was called back again. They agreed that the work was still under guarantee and further investigation/repair would be done. After numerous calls and excuses they appeared in January of this year and did some work which did not solve problem. Now fobbing us off.

    Have had work done by this company February 2023 , but is not up to expectation .Has a 10 year warranty and has been leaking since 2nd of January 2024 . Despite me and Aberdeen City Council trying to contact them with various methods we are no further forward . Paid 1950.00 and the flashing is leaking into roof space . Wont return calls emails texts .
