  George came quickly which was great and communication was good. However we were told we’d need a very expensive part or a new boiler when actually we just needed a new fuse switch which was a quick and easy job undertaken by another electrician. Such a shame as if we’d of listened we could’ve ended up spending thousands when we only ended up spending £70.

• Boiler inspection

  I was contacted immediately and agreed a date to visit my flat in Woking but the guy never turned or even bothered to message to say he couldn’t make it. I chased up and we agreed for him to contact my tenant directly and that was 10 days ago. Totally let down, I have a small leak on my boiler and won’t know be able to get someone out before Xmas. I s wanted reliability. Shameful

• Electric Boiler Fitting

  Sutton Plumbing came to install a new electric boiler. Unfortunately, as he advised, there was a fault to the socket that should supply power to the boost function of the boiler. He advised that he would come back the following week. After several weeks of chasing and checking his availability, miscommunication and a failed visit on an agreed date - our doorbell was not working (But did not hear him knock nor did he try to ring me at all to check whether I was in), we still do not have the boost function. We will be sourcing another tradesperson to finish the job.

• Solving a kitchen electrics failure

  I had an electrical failure in my kitchen, the cause of which was hard to trace and which was introduced the risk of a fire. Sutton Plumbing (who are also electrical specialists) diligently and carefully tracked down the source of the failure and were quickly able to solve the issue as well as correct some errors made by previous electricians. They were also only too pleased to also address another issue (external security light issue) and were very generous with their time. The final bill was also excellent value for the work done. I will use them again and have already lined them up.
