  From the beginning, sw3 energy took the time to come on site to listen to my requirements and to see first hand what was available. First, Paul came to discuss my needs and then Chris followed to verify some of the more technical details. Both were very knowledgeable and they listened to what I was after and offered advice where needed. On accepting the quote, Paul kept me up-to-date with progress and timelines. During installation, the team were efficient and completed everything in a day. They also kept things neat and tidy. I'm very happy with sw3 and would highly recommend.

  From the first meeting SW3 are a company with a passion for doing things right. Service has been impeccable, forward thinking which will no doubt save time and further disruption as we move to a more sustainable home. The install was carried out with a minimum of fuss and on time, nothing has been too much trouble, even with some of the less technical questions I have asked.

  The system comprising 14 panels and 2 batteries was installed a couple of months after we accepted the quote. The work was carried out efficiently by one electrician. The whole team were extremely approachable and dealt with any queries promptly and without complaint. We would highly recommend them.

  My system has just been installed so it's difficult to give feedback about a product that has a 25 year lifespan. Having said that, the whole process from quoting through to installation was very smooth and I felt SW3 were honest, transparent and easy to work with. I'd be very comfortable going back to them for ongoing maintenance and would recommend that friends and family interested in solar get a quote from them. Their customer service was very good at point of sale and their installer seemed very experienced and proficient.

  SW3 installed an excellent system to our home and provided exceptional service. They prioritise customer satisfaction - I am quite pleased with the discussions and negotiations. As long as possible, they strived to meet even our bespoke requests and their rates are fair. Kudos to Chris for the wonderful process we had from the initial discussion we had til post-installation, and for always keeping me updated and responding to our queries adequately. Kudos also to Matt who installed our system and who was really hardworking and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend SW3 to everyone :)

  Excellent experience from initial visit and survey through to final system commissioning. Quote was competitive against other local companies and was 100% honoured. Gave useful advice for running cable for car charger all the way through house and garden from consumer unit to garage which we followed to ensure a tidy job. Installation was exactly on time, very tidy and clean. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional. Having been badly let down by a different company during Installation of our panels, it was a real pleasure to deal with SW3. Our system is working well.
