  My elderly nan’s heating wasn’t working the week of Christmas, contacted Sam and he was brilliant had her all back up and running within 24 hours. Reliable and on time would highly recommend

• Fix clog central heating system.

  Amazing work at such short notice. Very professional and hard working. Sam visited my house the same day after I called him about an issue. My central heating system was not filling up after being drained. After checking it over, a part had failed and said he could return the next day to fix it. As promised, Sam return and fixed the part. Unfortunately, there was another issue which he he spent, tirelessly, to fix. Eventually, the issue was sorted and the price was more than fair for the time and effort that was put in.

• Massive water leak through bathroom into kitchen

  Couldn’t fault Sam at all, he came out last minute at our convenience after he had finished to help with an emergency plumbing issue. He was on time, communicating clearly what the plan would be to solve the issue, then came back the next day while we were at work to fix the issue. We wouldn’t have even know he had been. Left the house exactly as we had. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough, will definitely use him again - but hopefully not too soon!!

• Replacement aerator mixer tap

  Excellent service ! Sam answered the phone late at night and arranged to come the next day despite being very busy. Turned up as promised each time . Certainly knew what he was doing and did an excellent job fitting a new part at a decent price. Explained what he had done and left the place clean and tidy. He had to take some of the fitted bathroom unit panels out to get to the cistern, but put it all back immaculately. We'll certainly call Sam again for any future plumbing jobs as very confident in his work . Would certainly recommend.
