Steve is a professional and knows his trade as could be seen by the quality of his work restoring our tired corner leather sofa and chair to as good as new .     The gentlemen concerned said that I needed a new frame for the chair and we agreed a price and gave him the go ahead to order the part required. That was the middle of January this year, since then after numerous phone calls and the 3 unkept appointments the repair has still not been done. He now refuses to answer my phone calls.
