  Came on agreed date and time. Stripped off old felt, replaced rotten boards, installed new underlay and top layer of torch on mineral felt. Completed the job in 5 hours and cleared up the mess. Pre sale answered all my queries promptly and did not want payment until the job was completed. It has rained heavily since the reroofing, with no leaks. Recommended

  I recommend Luke and his team without hesitation. We called him because we had rain pouring through our hallway ceiling (and unknown to us, hard to find holes in the felt of our roof)! He was quick to respond, and professional in all our dealings. The team turned up on time. They quoted accurately and stuck to the agreed budget, keeping us informed all the way. They found (and showed us) the problems two other contractors missed, and fixed the issues the others left behind. All three were polite, tidy, and friendly. Above all, they clearly all cared about doing a good job. Full marks from us!

  Was kept informed of when the work was going to be done, due to it being weather dependent. The guys were polite and friendly. Also patched a few spots in my loft with felting while they felted around the chimney, very helpful. Very prompt in replying to any messages I sent in regards to the job before hand.

  Luke and the team were great firstly reviewing and pricing the work, then great at keeping in touch when they would be available to carry out the work. On the day they let us know when they were arriving, were clean and efficient doing the work, and when they finished checked we were happy with what they had done. Would recommend them for repairs and would definitely go to them for larger work.

• Porch roof retiling

  We contacted Swift Roofing via Checkatrade as we had cracked roof tiles on our porch which was causing a leak into the hallway ceiling. Luke was very prompt at coming out to look at the job, identifying the potential problem area, what he could do to fix them and then coming back to me with a quote and a start date. We are happy with the work completed and it appears to have fixed the problem, such a relief. I would gladly recommend them. Thanks for the good and tidy work.
