Replaced boiler expansion bag
10Verified ReviewArrived promptly, and listened whilst I told him about the issues. Opened the boiler and identified the issue straight away, assured of a simple fix with a replacement part that he had with him. A nice guy, very polite and tidy in his work. Happy to explain what he was doing, and answered my (no doubt mundane) questions clearly. Was lovely to chat with him, and he provided some boiler service/use advice when everything had finished.

10Verified ReviewGas boiler locked out with F1 fault. Steven phoned and said he would come out within an hour and was very polite on the phone. Boiler spontaneously resolved after some pressure adjustments and called Steven to confirm if he was needed. Despite the work not neesing done, he provided some great advice and his input into what he thought had happened and future work that might need performed. Would recommend based on this interaction and will keep in mind for future work.
