    I was impressed by how quickly my problem was dealt with. A young man arrived precisely on time and diagnosed the reason why some of my channels were pixelating. He said I was using an aerial with a poor signal but he could run a cable from another aerial near it and get a good signal, and that's exactly what he did. I was given the option of having a quote so I could think about it, or having the work done there and then. The price seemed very reasonable to me so I opted to have the work done the same day. He was extremely efficient, but also friendly and courteous. My channels are perfect!

To summarise; they responded swiftly, the work seems excellent, the engineer/ technician was knowledgeable and very polite and helpful…and all at a competitive price - really impressed with the service provided.
