    Having seen a picture of the problem and the part that would need replacing, and given an idea of the likely cost (parts +first hour rate) Lee arrived on time, and got the job done (despite access being super awkward!). It was great having a plumber who was confident in what he was doing and didn't seem to just be making it up as he went along!
