• New house carpet and Karndean

  We moved into a new house and needed flooring throughout. Tommy made sure we were fully satisfied with our choices of Karndean and carpet and was very accommodating with being available for our job, even when it was brought forward a few days. They did a beautiful job and there isn't anything I'm not 100% happy with. This is the second time we've used him and would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for someone to lay flooring for them

• Replacing water-damaged laminate floor with LVT glue-down to match as closely as possible.

  Prompt arrival. Speedy, efficient uptake of existing laminate as far as feet of kitchen base units would allow. Difficult job because units had been laid over flooring, but TS Flooring did the removal neatly. Applied latex to area concerned and returned promptly two days later to lay LVT over latex. Glued down effectively in a few hours. And without needing to be asked they applied LVT to an ugly, stained cement step at kitchen back door that had hitherto looked drab, and covered the edge with a smart new angle piece. Altogether a very thorough and professional job. Would recommend highly.

• Bathroom flooring

  Around 9 years ago T S Flooring supplied and fitted all the flooring for my house and did a brilliant job. Unfortunately my husband's ill health has meant refitting our bathroom. I contacted Tommy who, on visiting told me the flooring was no longer being manufactured. However, he assured me that he would find a solution. Ultimately the floor had to be stripped out and relaid, which was done quickly and beautifully. Tommy was kindness itself. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again should the need arise.

• Fitted a Karn Dean floor to our shower room

  Mike came on time as arranged and quickly set to work. Very skilled job because it involved a lot of difficult angles. Very pleasant young man who tidied up all his offcuts. Thank you for recommending this company, will use them again when we need some flooring work.
