    We needed some help assembling and fitting safety gates and securing some heavy furniture to make our home safe for our baby. Tim was recommended to me by a friend and I will now in turn recommend him to others. He fitted us in quickly, did a fantastic job, was very fast, tidy and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Tim again in the future.

    Tim was fantastic at sorting a number of little jobs around the house from planing down and painting the front door, to fixing a fence, building a cupboard for the boiler and fixing drawers and kitchen counters. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about his work and would be happy to use him again and recommend to anyone.

    Tim helped with everything around the home from putting up pictures, curtain rail and curtains, washing line, cutting back an apple tree branch to taking removal boxes to the recycling centre. He is happy to do any job for you and friendly. The next job will be painting!

Hi, my name is Tim. Myself and my wife, Sarah own and run a property development business. Along side this we also offer property maintenance and cleaning Services. Services include; (but not limited to) internal & external painting and decorating, wallpapering, laminate floor installation, kitchen/bathroom fitting, flat pack furniture, small plumbing, tiling, guttering & gutter cleaning, gardening, fence painting, loft insulation, loft boarding & loft ladder installation. As you can see we offer a wide range of services and no job is too small!


Sarah is also a professional cleaner and we offer domestic house cleaning services along with one off deep cleans to a high standard.


I have been in the building trade for over 30 years and offer a very professional, trustworthy and reliable service. We offer free estimates and are fully insured.
