He knew exactly what the problem was and sorted it out for me.   • Power Cable Replacement on Vax

    I was contacted and given the price with availability of the tradesman. As I was not able to drop off the Vax on the day of repair, he agreed to allow me to drop it off nearly a week early and keep it until I could arrange the collection. All communication was polite and Vax works fine with long cable replacement. The only reason all ratings are not 10/10 is I felt it would have been courteous to be notified they became unavailable on the pre-arranged day for collection before I contacted them to arrange the time on the day.

All repairs come with 12 month warranty as standard. Low costs call out fees and removal of said fee if parts are required.
