  Work was carried out just as requested and we’re very happy with the result. Stew and Ash worked incredibly hard and got the job done within the time expected, keeping us updated with the work as they went along. They are friendly, polite, and very conscientious. Arriving on time and tidying up at the end of each day. I would happily recommend them and would certainly use them again.

  Stuart managed to create what I wanted without me even knowing what it may look like beforehand! He was quick to measure and quote for the job and equally as quick to start and finish the work despite many other carpenters stating they had a 6 month + waiting list. The work has been carried out to an exceptionally high standard and is 100% fit for purpose. Stuart is timely, polite and friendly and kept his work area clean and tidy. The price for the job was also more than reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to request Stuart to undertake more work in the future or to recommend him to others.

  Stewart Taylor is knowledgeable and experienced and was able to overcome the problems faced in our house renovation. Work included ordering and fitting a staircase and related strengthening work to floor joists, retrofitting padstones to existing RSJ's, putting in insulation and exterior cladding in upvc and composite plus numerous small jobs such as skirting, window sills, trim around patio doors etc etc. He was also able to call on other trades as required including plumber, electrician and plasterer all of whom worked to the equally high standard of Taylor and Co. Highly recommended.
