    So far so good! Communication excellent, friendly courteous staff. Competitive pricing. Liked that Aron actually came and assessed prior to quoting whereas others did it by WhatsApp or text. Have carried out an initial move into storage and will then be moving my items to my new home. Happy to recommend.

    From start to finish, Taylor Made reduced our stress levels by a HUGE amount. Nothing was too much trouble, and they guided us through the process step by step. This was my first time using a moving company, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service to friends and family. We had a few additional outdoor storage units to factor into the move, and they found clever ways to overcome logistical challenges. What a fabulous team.

    I cannot thank these guys enough they were excellent from start to finish. Aron came out to get a quote and three days later I moved into my first flat. I was very stressed as had to move eight animals and their cages but the team did a fantastic job with them and made the move a lot easier for me. They did an amazing job at moving my furniture, no scratches on anything, they were very careful and even dismantled and put back up my bed for me. The guys were very polite and chatty which made me feel more relaxed as we were joking and laughing with each other. I cannot fault this company. 10/10

    From my initial meeting with Aron, who was very understanding and helpful with all of my issues leading up to the move and the arrangements. The whole process was extremely professional, very focused and nothing was too much trouble for them. Not so much a scratch on any wall, nor a single item of our belongings were damaged. Packing boxes taken, rubbish removed, clothes put in wardrobes the list of extras they did was endless. They really went the extra mile to take the stress out of this move. . This is definitely 5 star removals all the way, stress free with “SUPERB” service.

    From the start communication with Aron was first class, he was very responsive to all questions and requests. The guys were cheerful and had a positive attitude even though the lifts at storage were not working on the day! They arrived in Croydon at the time they stated and moved our daughter to her new apartment efficiently. She had not moved on her own before but was put at ease by their “no problem “ approach to it all. We would certainly use them again!
