    From start to finish, Shane listened to what we wanted. He worked very hard, turning up when he said he would. His quote was clear and his workmanship excellent. When he left, all debris was cleared away. I would defintely use him again.

    We are absolutely delighted with our new patio. Shane definitely knows his trade and helped us decide on the most suitable design for our new patio and quoted a competitive price. Shane and Ben worked extremely hard for 6 days removing 10 tonnes of concrete paths and soil before laying Indian Sandstone paving taking great care to make a very attractive patio. We highly recommend Taylor Made Surfacing and will definitely use them if we require surfacing works in the future.

    We had our driveway tarmacked alongside a couple of soil borders and new front fence. All looked great at first but after just 3 months the driveway started to crumble and come apart in several areas. It looks really unsightly. I contacted the company as I don't feel it should be doing that after such a short period of time. I struggled to get a response but finally did after persisting. Only to be told it's due to the hot weather and to be careful with the car wheels. I don't feel this was an acceptable response, there wasn't even an offer to come and have a look at the damage.

    Shane responded promptly when asked to come and give a quote. He was thoroughly professional and gave sound advice on what type of slabs to use and the scale of the job. He and his team arrived when they said and worked diligently in some pretty bad weather on the job. Even though the job was delayed due to frost and flood, Shane kept us informed throughout. We are extremely pleased with the result. They cleaned up and left the garden very tidy. They even helped to leave spare topsoil where we wanted it. The guys were polite friendly and hardworking and I would highly recommend them.
