• Emergency repair of flooding guttering - 3rd storey

  Gutter brackets were broken at the top of a 3 storey townhouse, thought to be by bird damage and exceptional rainfall. Access was possible, but narrow and had to be done by ladders via an access path. Scott Taylor assessed the damage within a day of the call and attended within the week. The job was weather-dependent so it had to wait until it was safe to go up that high; fortunately, it was within a few days. Mr Taylor fixed the pouring gutter as soon as possible at an agreeable price, and has included free return visit if there are any problems.

  Scott Taylor is very personable, courteous and well presented. Weather, and other factors, played their inevitable role in delays. Upon completion I felt that one area of the workmanship was not up to what I expected. I called him, he came within a couple of days, and fixed the issue within an hour.
