    I have an older alarm which my previous alarm company said I’d need to update and wouldn’t service. I called TBC Secure Solutions and spoke to Tony. Clearly has experience as identified the panel very quickly. He came to service my system and noted the previous company had not even changed the battery which was flat and 10 years old. It was so refreshing that he was not pushy into selling me anything, saying it would probably go on another 10 years and he’d be happy to continue servicing if I wanted to. Can’t recommend this company more. Very happy

    It is always difficult to know what company to use when you need trades I’m so glad we used TBC Secure Solutions to fit our alarm. Their alarm engineer Tony was so knowledgable when we asked advice and when they installed they turned up on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. What’s great is that they cleaned up after they had finished. I am very pleased with the system in particular I can use my phone to use the alarm.
