He assessed the job prior to arriving (over messages) and then when he arrived (on time) he scoped things out carefully beforehand and ensured that the end result would meet with our expectations. He was clean and tidy and after installation walked me through any adjustments that might need to be made over time.

    Tim provided a first rate service at every level. He was prompt in his replies and timings. He communicated well in writing, about the tasks and socially. He went above and beyond in the support and advice he gave. He was clean and tidy and he executed all the tasks really well - taking down a mirror and wall hangings and making good, and replacing three light fittings with ceiling roses and holders. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Many thanks Tim.
