  Tom did a very good job in our bathroom - replacing and installing a new bath and shower screen. Communication was excellent and Tom made sure everything had a neat finish at the end, including disposing of all waste. I recommend and would use again

  Tom took on the job which other companies had said was “impossible” without stripping the whole shower wall. He sourced good quality materials and fitted them efficiently and without any drama, making the whole thing look very straightforward at a fraction of the cost quoted by others. Extremely pleased with the end result which is both functional and stylish. No hesitation to recommend. We will definitely use Tom again.

• Rehanging Wall-Hung Toilet

  We hired Tom to rehang a wall hung toilet. We purchased a new steel frame but toilet would not stay on the wall, so Tom purchased a new floor standing after not being able to do the job. Tom left without finishing - cracked tiles not replaced and grout not sealed, and also left with my house keys. I have been trying to get in contact with him for over 3 weeks but no response. My vanity unit has just fallen off the wall, due to it not being rebolted after some of the work carried out. I am hoping that Tom will contact me after seeing this to rectify the work, as he seemed very friendly/polite

  Tom was recommended to me by a friend. Arranged a time which Tom adhered to. Exceptionally polite and professional throughout his first visit. Received the estimate 2 days later. The quote was very competitive and I agreed. Work started 3 days later. The renovation was excellent. Could not fault him. Tom will be top of my list when I next need work doing at my property. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

• Rebuilding a shower, fitting a new tray

  The work involved stripping out and rebuilding the base of a shower, the original having leaked and gone rotten. Tom was helpful not just in carrying out the work efficiently but in envisaging just what would work. Very happy with the work, would certainly use his services again.
