0Verified ReviewRichard was very rude from the moment I opened my front door .i felt uneasy with him in my house. When he left I checked my carpet and it wasn’t even fitted down I could pick carpet up from upstairs bedroom and it would lift all the way down the stairs and in every room. It wasn’t fitted under door bars .He didn’t hoover and I paid extra for that , he’s here to fit the carpet not clear up were his words . I have photos of the mess he made. I paid £3400 for my carpet , I’ve called Richard and left messages but nothing.

2Verified ReviewI was recommended this company on Facebook by Richards wife. When he came to quote he was so friendly and helpful. As soon as he started the work he became less friendly and helpful, he has left hideous gaps between the flooring and skirtings and hasn't fitted the door bars as initially agreed. He has now blocked my husbands number from calling him. And has been paid in full. Do not pay him until all work is complete would be my advice and do not use him for laying Lvt as he leaves gaps and flicked latex screed everywhere and didn't clean it off.
