    We had a rat living in the wall cavaliers and coming into our flats. Carl came out promptly and explained the process in detail. 3 visits are included to ensure that the vermin are dealt with. Poison was used eventually as the rat was too clever to go into any traps. Very knowledgeable and kind when dealing with a distressing situation. Would highly recommend.

    We have had the pleasure of working with Carl at Pest Quest for almost a year now. Managing over 150 properties across Teesside means we do take on landlords properties to find there is a pest issue, which of course needs dealing with right away. Everytime we contact Carl he aims to come to the property within the same week and sometimes even the same day to work out the severity of the problem and then makes a clear plan with ourselves and landlords of how best to resolve the issue. With his extensive knowledge and fast responses we know we are in safe hands. 10/10 service - highly recommend!

He is reliable and knowledgeable and actually saved me a lot of money by telling me what works and what is a waste of time.
