    From estimate to completion of work, Matt and Ian were extremely professional and efficient. Great customer service, engagement, explanation of the works to be undertaken, how to use the unit (with demo) and after care support available. We asked a number of questions pre-installation by email which were answered promptly. We selected Teklima out of 5 estimates - due to price and customer service. We were not disappointed! Very tidy workmanship and also smart job of unit and trunking to conceal power supply at back of house. Also very respectful given I am a home worker.

    Absolutely fantastic from the moment I got in touch to completion. Matt quoted the project, kept me informed when there was an issue with the supply of equipment (not his fault) and even supplied more expensive alternative hardware to ensure our agreed deadline was kept without any additional charge. He arrived bang on time with his team and the work was completed efficiently and extremely neatly, clearing up perfectly as they went - even re-hung two pictures he needed to move for the internal units!
