    James communicated with me at every point. He was very quick to visit and give a quotation to remove a redundant boiler chimney from the roof. There was no mess left behind and you would not know that a chimney had been there in the first place. He also carried out repairs to the guttering and all has been well since.

    Called me promptly and arranged a quote on a basic job after sending a few photos over. They managed to come around within the week to fix the issue. Also spotted some other work that needed doing, but in a way that was professional and genuine advice rather than an upsell for more business. Will be using them again for the 2nd job in a few month's time.
