• Complete floor renovation, including UFH

  Just completed a major overhaul of the downstairs floor (completely remove a tiled floor/subfloor, lay chipboard, spreader plates and pipes and then install a new engineered wood floor on top) - a big, complex project but luckily I found Andrea. Andrea was amazing both as a natural problem solver, working out the best way to lay pipes but also minimising waste. I started planning this with him 6 months ago and he always kept me updated. Good communication, quality workmanship and easy to work with are rare. He is coming back for more carpentry work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
