  Would not hesitate in recommending Oliver he is very knowledgeable in all aspects of Trex decking. He came along designed and drew out the plans for our new deck, he is also one of only two companies in our are area to have earned the Trex Gold star installers award. Oliver is very friendly his workmanship is excellent he is very meticulous to all aspects of the finished look.Timekeeping was excellent also very tidy in all aspects of work.

  Oliver is very friendly, polite and helpful and did a great job in atrocious weather - thank you. Tip: Understand where the cuts will be before works start. Minor complaint since skip was separate cost: Skip use and length of time before picked up. All in all, the decking looks great and I'd use Thames-side Decking again.

• Decking Refurb

  Replacement of old wooden decking with Trex. Had to remove old decking, dig out groundworks and build concrete base for hot tub. Then lay new decking. Did an excellent job. Provided good advise on what was needed for the job. Worked hard, were always friendly and did the job on time. Would highly recommend.

  This guy was amazing! We had a couple of quotes from a few different companies who weren’t very helpful. Oliver came round with some decking samples. He was very professional and gave us a few different options, a range of prices and a design diagram. He was quick, efficient, clean and tidy and communicated well throughout the whole process with regular updates as was away on holiday at the time. Would highly recommended and would definitely use again! Thank you

  Oliver is friendly, helpful, patient and professional. He provided the design of the new decking and communicate with us effectively. He was willing to come over to our garden again at the second time to answer our queries before starting the works. Oliver and his teammate completed the works as scheduled. They did a great job for us. The new decking is brilliant. The new decking showed their attention to details. They resolved all issues hidden under the old decking. The garden was clean and tidy after their works. I highly recommend Thames-side Decking to you without reservation.
