Despite having to attend to another client who had appliance crisis he kept me upto date with his expected arrival time and was very apologetic for the delay. He carried out the work efficiently and was very friendly. Would highly recommend and definitely would use again.

    Although my oven is a relatively obscure make, Gary was able to source a replacement element quickly. He turned up when he said he would and installed the replacement element speedily despite a small hitch (problem was not with the element itself but with a duff connection, quite possibly a manufacturing fault). My oven now works as it should, could not be happier with the job. Highly recommended.
