    After numerous unanswered emails to a number of Checkatrade plumbers, I made a final attempt at a wider selection, and was contacted immediately by Boiler Bear. I was very impressed by his speed of response and would choose him again in the future. He was polite and very clear about what needed to be done and the cost. His communications were excellent throughout the job, and the replacement hot water cylinder was fitted without any significant problems. The job was completed a week ago (15th February). I would recommend Boiler Bear to anyone with central heating or boiler problems.

    Our heating wasn’t working and with a toddler the house was freezing so needed it sorting quickly. Matt was the only person to respond to my job posting and he came and looked at the job. Turned out we needed a new boiler and he was amazing. Came back the next day to fit it. We are so grateful to him and his colleague to come and do such a big job at such short notice for us. Matt is really knowledgeable, friendly, explains what needs doing and would definitely use him again. Thank you!
