  They were able to arrange for an engineer to visit within 24 hours of calling. Pricing was transparent and competitive AJ was courteous and quick at replacing the part. Will use again if needed !

  Please note the Complete Service.Com came out on two occasions, once to try and fix the dishwasher and again to replace it with a new one. All their engineers (3) were refreshingly knowledgeable, competent, reassuringly efficient and good natured, This applies also to the office staff. I would recommend this company unreservedly, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

  Ajay was the engineer who visited to fix a problem with a broken pump on my 8 year old Bosch washing machine. Quick, efficient service. Ajay talked me through in laymen's terms what was wrong and the repair being made. And a lovely gent to boot! Fully recommended.
