10Verified ReviewWe found Connor and his apprentice polite, friendly and so helpful. They did a wonderful job installing our new boiler and radiators. We also had to request another visit from EBC regarding our thermostat control. Scott was the engineer who visited us on this occasion and like the other engineers he was very helpful and informative. I must also mention Steph, on several occasions I had to call the office each time we spoke she was so helpful, it was such a pleasure to speak to her.
