Boiler service and then fixing a (Grohe) leaking kitchen tap
10Verified ReviewTwo seperate occasions, the first for a boiler service and they were unable to fix the kitchen tap at the same time as that required some parts. They followed up with an email with a link to where I could buy the parts (taking the stress out it for me!) and once I had ordered those, they came round when I could fit them in and fixed the kitchen tap for me. Both times I received the utmost courtesy and respect for my property. I would not use any other plumbing service now!

8.5Verified ReviewFriendly on phone and polite engineer came quickly. However, even though I had said when booking that I had already plunged toilet /used hot water, he arrived with only a plunger. Within minutes he said that he couldn’t fIX it but I was still charged for a call out (over £80). Next day, Shane came with rods and sorted the problem quickly. He was also very polite, but I saw later that there were small bits of toile roll from the rodding all over the flat roof beneath the waste pipe. I was charged full £140+VAT on top of earlier £80. Do check that plumber will have correct kit before booking.
