  We chose the The Market Design and Build to draw up our plans and get the architectural drawings through planning at Ealing council as we wanted a wrap around service. I can truly say that this is what we got. There were challenges with this project and communication was essential. All the staff we needed to speak to were available and we had regular meetings often over teams as needed. We have also had the structural drawings undertaken by TMDB and are now waiting on our quote for the building works. I would highly recommend this company and we are now on the journey of having our extension bui

  The market design and build have helped design our single storey wraparound extension,including submitting for planning which was approved on second submission due to living within conservation area. So some key changes had to be made which was not an issue and happened relatively fast .We are self delivering the work and they are more than happy to help over the phone with any queries so far, They pride themselves on quality which is apparent with there drawings produced. Great experience so far

  Excellent team. James and the architectural team offered me great advice from the outset, and regardless of whether we opted for them as the actual construction team or not, it was never an issue when providing us with consultation on general meetings to ensure that we made the right decisions in every step of our renovation process. We used them for the pre-production stages, i.E. Developing the structural plans, and then, when we went with a separate construction team, we stayed in touch with the team, and they advised on every detail along the way up until Building Regulations came to sign

  We used TMDB for their architectural design and structural package. The team was patient will our questions, adaptive to our needs and represented good value for money. Being first time renovators, though, at times we would have appreciated slightly more guidance from a firm - at times we felt as if we were receiving answers only to questions that we asked, rather than relevant information being proactively offered. Overall, though, the team was responsive and easy to work with.

  We chose TMDB after reading the positive reviews on this site and meeting with James Hughes to discuss our plans for a single storey rear extension. He was very informative and talked my husband and me through the design to build process in stages. Our architects Peter and Daniel have created a thoughtful and comprehensive design that fully meets our requirements. We are very pleased with the service received and would recommend without reservation.

  I recommend working with Market Design Build. The team were always helpful and on hand to answer any questions. They did everything we asked and really listened to what we wanted. The workmanship was great, they thought of things we hadn't considered to make sure the end product looked perfect. Having the project plan aligned with the payment schedule made everything really easy to manage. A really good team of people. I would definitely use them again.
