    I chose to use Silvestre Ltd introduced to me by The Page. The quality of the work was of high quality and the contractors were all helpful and went above and beyond to ensure the best service. I would have given a much higher score had the project not taken twice as long as expected and communication had been better. I would suggest that Silvestre Ltd improve their skills in the following areas: client communication and progress updating, and planning and time management.

    The page were a great help, they took the time to understand our needs and budget and were able to suggest several trustworthy builders to quote for our kitchen installation. We were very happy with our builder (A&G renovations) and the final product. They provided good coms throughout the project. Overall saved us a lot of time!

    Really brilliant plumber/handyman Rich was attentive, efficient and responsive throughout the whole bathroom refit. We only have one bathroom so he worked around us and what we needed and he was happy to adjust his schedule and make sure we were always informed of what was happening and how long it would take. The bathroom looks incredible and we're really happy with all the works. Can't recommend highly enough!

    Booked a 10 minute "discovery call" at 11:30 today however I didn't discover much as no one even called. I rearranged meetings in order for this to take place and this firm didn't even have the courtesy to either notify me it couldn't take place or to re-schedule. Avoid at all costs, I am fortunate I have discovered their unreliability so early in the process.

    The Page were an absolute lifesaver in finding us such a high quality bathroom contractor to carry out repairs and redecoration of our bathroom after a leak from the neighbours above. They reached out at a very stressful time and I couldn't be more grateful for their help. We had a very tight timeline but the page were able to find us a reliable contractor that we could trust and who did an excellent job. We love our bathroom and would absolutely recommend using a Pager to anyone!

The Page is a company that values human interactions, we therefore personally match homeowners to tradespeople. We rigorously vet and meet all the tradespeople we list. We have all trades listed on our platform but are currently focused on kitchen and bathroom installers and painters/decorators.


We set up the company because we both had terrible and scary experiences when renovating our own London flats. Renovation is one the most expensive, high stakes, high uncertainty, and low trust experiences in a lifetime. We help Londoners make this more predictable, more consistent and more enjoyable.


We live and work by three main principles:
