    I contacted Lee over the Christmas period when the builders notified me that they could start work within a month. Lee was very quick to respond and arranged both the issuing of the Party Wall notices and a subsequent Condition Report for one of my neighbours with no delay. He and Jenny, his office manager, were very helpful , responsive and efficient throughout the whole process and always available to answer questions at what can be a tricky time. I would thoroughly recommend The Party Wall Centre: not only have they provided an excellent service but were also very competitive on price.
