    Under considerable time and weather pressure, Andrew delivered, as promised, a great job: "well in time for Christmas." His team and Craig, his subcontractor's team worked extremely hard and to very high standards throughout. All were rightly proud of the work they were doing.

    The start date for the work was rescheduled by Andrew twice; on both occasions I was informed with 24 hours notice and only when I had messaged to confirm if they were starting. The three jobs - new fencing, two patios and a new resin bound driveway took seven weeks but this included 10 days when there was no-one on site. Communication and reliability were very poor and I was let down on a weekly basis. While I cannot fault Andrew's team and work, we were let down by a lack of communication and organisation. Based on my experience on this job I cannot recommend.
