    Can’t recommend highly enough. Rob had to pick-up, investigate and rectify sub-standard plumbing (Rob actually identified an electrocution hazard with a digital thermostat as had been installed in the bathroom) and resolved all issues to the highest standard. Rob also organised other trades to rectify electrical issues and re-board/plaster the bathroom ceiling, which were also completed to the highest standard. Don’t hesitate to use.

    Being based overseas it was critical that I chose at contractor that had good communication skills. Joe and Rob were excellent through the whole refurbishment and documented the progress with photos every step of the way. With 25+ years combined experience, Our team, The Pipeline Group is a new type of plumbing resource that combines A* quality with outstanding customer service. Unlike traditional plumbing services, we put time and effort into making sure our customers get the service they need, on time in full and we’re always on the end of the phone.


The idea for The Pipeline came to me when I was renovating a property of mine. I learned a lot about how different tradespeople organize their diaries, their work and customer service and realized what a powerful difference I could make to both them and their customers by building a forward thinking, plumbing business with a clear organizational strategy and customer first focus. Speaking to plumbers I know; time is a big problem. They are heavily in demand and don’t have the hours to manage their customers properly. You can’t fit pipework and boilers and answer the phone at the same time. That means customers get let down and good plumbers get burnt out. I wanted to use my experience to reverse this situation, by creating a plumbing service that looks after its customers and its workforce.
