  Harry was excellent! Communication, advice, punctuality and standard of work were spot on. Very honest with what was required, and cost was extremely good. Quotes from another company on here were disgusting to say the least. Even stayed late to unblock an air lock in the pipes which meant going up and down the loft and did not charge extra. Top bloke. Already trying to book for another job and have no hesitation in recommending.

• Radiators and Re-siliconed Bath

  Had not long moved to the area and wanted to change some of the radiators in our property, as a first time buyer I was quite unsure of this process but Harry was really helpful with his advise and once I’d chosen the radiators I wanted Harry was there to confirm these would be suitable for the rooms. The radiators were fitted, previous ones taken away and Harry even hoovered afterwards. Really happy with them! We also had a leak coming from the bath that Harry re siliconed for us. Will continue to contact Harry in the future if any other work is needed and would highly recommend to others.

  Super professional and punctual. Communication was top. Organised the time and then they asked if I can make it at 8am. Confirmed and they were 8 at my door. Came, installed the Hive, helped with the troubleshooting and everything just works. This kind of companies we need!

• Excellent boiler service and safety check

  The progress group responded quickly to service my boiler and helped resolve an issue with it starting in mid-Winter. Not only was the boiler stripped and cleaned, meaning it has worked perfectly ever since, they also identified an unrelated small gas leak to cap off. Bled my radiators as well. Very friendly and very helpful, will be using again for all plumbing central heating issues.
