  James and the team provided a fantastic end to end service in installing four air conditioning units in the bedrooms of our home. From initial contact all the way through to post installation queries, James was informative, prompt and courteous. His team were very polite and focused on the job at hand, the quality of their work was excellent, and they did a great job in ensuring the finish was good and the workspace was left as they found it. I’d highly recommend James and team to anyone looking to get AC installed in their home.

  Remedial work carried out to our air con system that was fitted badly by a previous tradesmen. I wish I'd found James earlier and had him install the system in the first place, the difference was like night and day. Ultra professional, very knowledgeable and easy to deal with.

• Multi-room Air Conditioner installation

  James and his colleague came round to install a couple of Panasonic AC units in a bedroom and living room. Job completed all on time. Reasonable price. I was really impressed with the external finish, they did a fantastic job with the trunking matching the guttering, with the install looking really neat and tidy - Thermacool putting the local Uxbridge installer to shame! It looks MILES better than the neighbours 😁 Took the time to walk through how the unit worked, and left the place absolutely immaculate. Will be recommending to friends/family.

  When James first came to look around, I was very impressed with his attention to detail, taking a photo of the fuse box, telling me clearly what the work would involve and answering questions thoroughly. I really liked how all correspondence was done via the online quote. This kept all communications in one place - that worked very well throughout all the stages. Every effort was taken to minimise mess, and the workmanship was first class. I really cannot fault anything. This is truly one extremely happy customer.
