4.75Please don't be taken in by Phil he comes across as genuine but he's not.We have spent thousands throwing good money after bad .Our roof is still leaking and he's not returned any calls. No 12 years guarantee. Still waiting. Please don't be fooled He started in October and again in December.
Location: NE39Re-bedded the Ridge Tiles, removed and replaced slates and old cement on sides and chimney.
10Verified ReviewRemoved and re-bedded the ridge tiles, removed old cement from top and haunches of the chimney, replaced with new mortar. Removed and replaced the cement between my building and next door. All very good work, cleaned up well afterwards and very polite and prompt. Will definitely use again if required.

2Verified ReviewThe Roofer has re felted my garage roof to a poor standard. He left unfinished edges and the roof has been leaking for 9 months since he completed work on the roof. He also broke a light fitting while working. He has not returned to tidy edges or fix the leak. He has failed to attend appointments made to rectify the roof which is now leaking worse than before his work which cost me £1240. It is my opinion that he either can't fix the roof or does not intend to despite giving me a 12 year guarantee.
