  The company responded and carried out the work quickly. They found further problems and sent photographs. The daylight showing through the chimney in the loft has gone and we no longer have the sound of water dropping down through the chimney breast, however, I can't judge the quality of the work as I can't see it! Time will tell.

  Sam responded with a site visit within hour to discuss options and quote. On site next day to replace flashing. In course of work discovered roof underfelt in poor condition with some rotted battens. Day two AM additional work completed. Speedy. All appears good and left in clean and tidy state. On reflection may have been a bit pricey on a time/cost basis, but for speed and peace of mind to cure developing leakage, acceptable.
