  I required a replacement bathroom fitted and received a competitive quote very quickly, detailing when the job could be undertaken, how long to the work take on the day and the quality of window that would be fitted. This was precisely the service I received. Chloe dealt with the admin side and Rickie the measuring up and fitting. Both were informative and thoroughly professional from start to finish.   We would highly recommend The Shinfield Window Company, amazing from the initial phone call with Chloe. Rickie came along took some measurements, no pushy sales tactics and said he would get the quote sent over via email which was all done by the next evening. Fitting was done by Rickie and Mike, completed to a very high standard, very clean and the place was left spotless. We had several quotes but decided to go with these guys and are very happy that we did. Cannot wait to get the rest of the house done later in the year!

  What a great experience. Rickie turned up on time to quote. Told me exactly how long it would take to order the windows and sent me a quote that evening. Having ordered them, it took exactly the time he said it would for the windows to come and he installed them on the agreed day. My builder was really worried that he would make a mess of the newly plastered and painted walls (we did everything in the wrong order) but was really impressed at Rickie's workmanship. Nothing had to be touched up. Chloe in the office was fab. Happy to recommend a wonderful family firm

  I came across The Shinfield Window Company by chance and there were so many positive reviews for Rickie, so I decided to call and get a quote. Chloe was fantastic on the initial call and Rickie came out at a time that suited me to provide me with a quote. Rickie is polite, courteous, responds quickly to any queries and most importantly listens to customer needs. I went ahead ordered my door and I am absolutely delighted with it, I made the best decision to trust in Rickie. I will definitely use again in the future and would 100% recommend to friends and family.
