  • Repair broken motorised auto rolling gate

    My rear drive way has a secure automatic motorised rolling gate. Unfortunately the gate ceased to automatically close, but auto open worked fine. Adrian, the engineer came along and was very professional and courteous. He identified the issue very quickly and repaired it by replacing the broken sensors which also required some rewiring.

    Geoff, the business owner, turned up with a colleague to do the job. Geoff clearly knows the domestic security sector inside out and was happy to share some of his knowledge. The guys went about the job expertly and professionally and left the system in full working order. Ours is an ageing system but there was no hard sell fron Geoff; just advice on how it could be upgraded. Very positive experience all round and I would have no hesitation in recommending The Watch Security Systems for all aspects of security work.

    Hired this company to install our security camera system, then asked them back again to remove them due to renovations to front and rear of house. They returned again to reinstall our cameras to a very high standard. Anytime we have needed them to come out to resolve any issues, they have been very responsive. TWS Systems is a friendly team of Professional Security Specialist based in London. We are committed to providing the best service across London and Home Counties for a variety of Commercial and Domestic applications.

 

We complete scheduled works out of hours including weekends, but we are unable to answer calls outside of normal business hours (Mon-Sat 9-6).


With many happy and returning customers over the last 20 years, you can be sure of being well looked after. Our aim is to provide a stress free project, delivered in a manner that I am confident will exceed your expectations. We are proud to be an established business who are known locally for our fantastic service.
