• Repairs to roof, fascia and gutter

  Excellent communications throughout. The gutter was leaking and Tom showed me where the water was missing the gutter because the roof and fascia needed repairs. Afterwards I found a patch in the loft that I wasn't sure about, he came and kindly sorted that out for me too. Good workmanship, all left neat and tidy. I would definitely employ him again!

  Tom was very helpful and friendly from the start. He came to quote the day after I called, and fit the work in the following week. As it was only small jobs I needed doing (a few slate tile roof replacements and gutter cleaning/service), most companies hadn’t replied to me or charged ridiculous amounts for their time. But Tom and his team have been great. He and his colleague completed the jobs in under 2hrs but to a great standard, and explained what they’d done throughout. They took old tiles away and left everywhere tidy. Thank you so much Tom and team. Would 100% recommend.

  Tom responded to my enquiry quickly, and came to give me a quote quickly too. He was thorough and knowledgeable, which made ne feel confident in his work. The work was carried out to a high standard, with a 20 year guarantee. He managed to fit me in to his busy schedule and we didn't have to wait long at all for the work to be carried out. Highly recommend.

  Tom assessed the work required, showed me photos and sent a quote for the work required. Having accepted the quote I was kept informed by Tom of when the work would be done. He and his team arrived when they said they would and without any fuss carried out various repairs (fixing and replacing 24 slates, repairing and sealing lead flashing, clearing and fixing gutters etc). Tom then described what they had done - which was more than they had quoted for- showed me photos,described work that needed done but not urgently. I recommend T H Home Improvements and will certainly use them in the future
